I started as a laborer and soon got promoted to a Repair Technician. Within a few years, I was an assistant supervisor, helping with the crews, ordering materials, parts, and more. Within 5 years, I was managing crews and became the Primary Crew Supervisor.

Up early to meet with our crews, then a lot of phone calls!

Helping our crew and designers solve problems.
If I weren't so damn good at my job, I'd probably be:
Traveling.
