3 Years of landscape construction and design experience in Albuquerque. Designing and managing small to large-scale residential landscapes. Started in landscape installation and design in Las Cruces during my college years. During my years at NMSU, I started by studying conservation ecology, then switched to horticulture for landscape design. Now, when possible, I seek to integrate an ecological approach to our urban landscapes.

Seeing the whole process through, from the first meeting with the client to the final walkthrough of their brand new beautiful landscape.

I start my day by ensuring the crews have all their questions answered, then I move on to creating designs and estimates, along with in-person meetings with new and ongoing clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Then, of course, one of my favorite tasks for the week is choosing the client’s plants at the nursery.

The very fact that with every new and enhanced landscape, we are not only beautifying our urban world but also partaking in an ecosystem that we are responsible for caring for.
